How soon should I receive my order?: Our packages are delivered within 24 hours from the moment you receive your order confirmation. Of course this applies if you live in Quebec and you have to consider working days. Know that you always have your tracking number in the email we send you.
What are the shipping fees ?: Delivery costs vary depending on your location. If you are in Quebec, delivery costs are $8.99. If you are in the Maritimes or Newfoundland and Labrador, the fee is $14.99. For all other destinations in Canada, including British Columbia and Ontario, the delivery charge is $24.99.
