What is the status of my order and how can I track it?: Know that we prepare your orders as soon as possible. You will receive by email a confirmation with the tracking number when it is ready from our shop.

Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?: Once you have received the order confirmation by email, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order.
How soon should I receive my order?: Our packages are delivered within 24 hours from the moment you receive your order confirmation. Of course this applies if you live in Quebec and you have to consider working days. Know that you always have your tracking number in the email we send you.
What are the shipping fees ?: Delivery costs vary depending on your location. If you are in Quebec, delivery costs are $8.99. If you are in the Maritimes or Newfoundland and Labrador, the fee is $14.99. For all other destinations in Canada, including British Columbia and Ontario, the delivery charge is $24.99. If you are not in Canada, please contact us at info@boutiquepiosa.com so that we can individually assess your request.

Is it possible to make a refund?: Piosa does not make any refunds. However, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a credit. Please refer to our refund policy to know the exchange procedure.

How is it possible to know my correct size according to the brand?: At Piosa, we want to make your life easier, which is why we always display women's sizes even if the model is unisex. If you are shopping for an article whose sizes are often presented in UK or AUS, on our site they will be displayed in US women's size.
