Our packages are delivered within 24 hours from the moment you receive your order confirmation. Of course this applies if you live in Quebec and you have to consider working days. Know that you always have your tracking number in the email we send you.
Shipping costs vary depending on your location. If you are in Quebec, the delivery costs are $8.99. If you are in the Maritimes or Newfoundland and Labrador, the fee is $14.99. For all other destinations in Canada, including British Columbia and Ontario, the delivery charge is $24.99. However, please note that for any order of $500 or more, the shipping costs will be $24.99. Piosa does not make any refunds. However, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a credit. Please refer to our refund policy to know the exchange procedure.
