Return policy

Piosa does not issue refunds. However, we do offer to exchange your item or give you a credit. Please note that sale items, jewelry and sunglasses are final sales.

In the case of an exchange or credit, the returned item must be in perfect condition, must be in its original box and must be accompanied by its invoice. The packaging in which you return the product must allow the item to remain undamaged.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded or credited.

Exchange or credit procedure

If you are able to come into the store, please stop by and we will be happy to settle your exchange with you.

If you are unable to come in person:

1. You must contact us at (the request must be made within 10 days of receiving the order).

2. We will approve your return and assign you a Purolator return slip.

3. You will need to tape this slip to your packaging and take your package to a Purolator counter within 10 days of receiving the slip.

4. When your package arrives at the store, we will credit your purchase by email. Please note that $10 will be deducted from the total amount due to return shipping costs.

Piosa will be obliged to refuse any return of merchandise if this protocol has not been respected.

*It is important to consider that all our merchandise is available in store, it is therefore possible that the outer soles present some marks following the fitting in store. The paper inside the shoe box may have been handled by our store staff.
